The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay here very enjoyable. I also loved the fact that I had a private room with my own bathroom, which was clean and well-maintained. the location of the hostel was great - there was a grocery store nearby and a subway station within a 5-minute walk.
The design of the bathroom in my room, which looked like a cube and had a concrete floor. It wasn't the most comfortable setup.

I recently stayed at Hotel Republica in Porto for a few nights. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The hostel had a warm, charming atmosphere, and the location was excellent. It's a freshly renovated old building, which adds to its lovely vibe. The beds were stable, although a bit small for taller guests like myself. The breakfast was great, and they even accommodated my early check-out by offering to prepare it earlier for me. Additionally, I forgot a small electronic device, and they kindly offered to send it to me. my stay was awesome.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I recently stayed at Porto Republica Hostel in Porto for a week-long holiday. The staff, especially Pedro, Pedro, and Gil, were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The location was convenient, with a metro station, grocery store, and cafe nearby. The room was always spotlessly clean and the tenement house had a charming and tasteful decor. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus for cooking our own meals.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I recently stayed at Porto Republica Hostel & Suites for my visit to the Law Faculty and Praça de Republica. The location was perfect, with a short 20-minute walk to the city center. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hostel itself had a great common space and a lovely outdoor terrace. I stayed in one of their nearby studios, which was well-equipped and beautifully renovated, although it didn't offer much of a view from the window. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hostel!
I can recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a metro station nearby and a direct line to the airport. It was also possible to walk to the city center and downtown area. Another advantage was the excellent kitchen facilities, which allowed guests to cook their own meals with all the necessary equipment provided.
One of the negative aspects was the noise coming from the reception area, which could be heard even after midnight. the soundproofing between the reception and the rooms was not ideal, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
